TheypurchasetreatedsurfacewaterfromtheUpperTrinityRegionalWaterDistrict(UTRWD).The
distributionsystemoperatesonthreepressureplanesthatarenotconnected,twoareservedbythe
groundwaterplants,andoneisservedbythepurchasedwater.
TheNorthPressurePlaneoperateswithfiveWTPs.WTPNo.1islocatedonFM2931inPilotPoint.
