The problem of lead poisoning in children is particularly harrowing. Dr. Cole reported, because both the causes and treatment are known. "L'rbsn re newal," he said, "is an answer to the pediatric lead poisoning problem." He pointed out the long history of the lead association fat efforts to bring about standards of lead use in interior paints.
Similarly in the matter of lead poison ing due to lead rebate from glued food and beserage items, femme F. Smith reported that such cases almost invariably involved folk crafted or im ported ceramic utensils.
