This information came to me Wednesday from Mr. Robert B. Lorch, Louisville District Safety Engineer of the U. S. Engineers, who had first reported the case to me. - Lorch said the Indianapolis Clinic, to whom was sent for treatment, had told him (Lorch) that would iundoubtedly have died if he had not been given correct diagnosis and treatment.
