Listed herein are weighted average concentration* generally safe in place* of employment during an eight-hour working expoaure. Thee* are not maximum value* which cannot be exceeded momentarily depending upon, but not Halted to, such factor* *a nature of contaminant; frequency of occurrence of high concentration; variable duration* of expoaure; probability of acuta poleoning from high concentration for even chore period*; emulative effect*. Employer* shall consider the** factor* prior to exceeding.values listed herein.
