PVC, Vinyl Chloride Exposure--700 Warehouse
I received your report on the Vinyl Chloride sampling done at location 700. On the surface it appears this location will not require the establishment of a regulated area nor application of any of the other requirements of OSHA Standard 1910.93q. To confirm this you must take another set of readings (see (d) (2) (iii) ).
Please arrange to do this as soon as possible.
There is one thing missing from your report. Please identify the specific resins and quantities in the sample area and/or being handled by the forklift driver. I'm fairly sure 700 doesn't have every PVC resin on the attachment you sent in with the report. A simple layout sketch of the adjacent areas identifying the resins and blends would do the job.
