Travis: As noted below in my report to you yesterday, I did state that we found some boils in 13A. We marked the location of the boils and revisited them today. We had 4 representatives from the USCE with us on our site visit today. We also had Keith Large. We brought the Corp of Engineers to pond 13A to see the boils. There was one boil that had sediment around it. We discussed options to address the boil and were told to place some sand bags around it and keep a watch on it. We will be placing sand bags around it tomorrow at 10 am. The USCE agreed with this plan of action. If you would like to join us on site tomorrow, please meet us at the gate at 10 am. Thanks Sara

Travis: Chris Cerquone of NewFields and myself were on the Smurfit site yesterday afternoon. We visited Pond 13A and
did not see cloudiness on the pond. We walked along the bank of the pond and found a couple of boils. They were
running clean and were very cold compared to the pond water. We traveled the length of the berm and we did not see
any erosion along the berm. NewFields is working on reports and I hope to have them to you this afternoon. We will be
on site today. I have directed NewFields to obtain an environmental contractor that could respond quickly if we do see
any problems with the berm. If you have questions or concerns, please call me at H""

Travis: We did not see the cloudy condition yesterday from looking at the water on site. We have NewField's out there today. They are putting together information from the inspections and we will get you that information as soon as possible. We will be watching the berms during the rise of the river water. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks Sara

I will send this request to NewFields. Do you know when we will see the USACE's report? Can you give me the names and phone numbers of the USACE inspectors? NewFields will be on-site today. Sara
