We so appreciate your responsiveness in taking the time to meet with us, consider our concerns and craft the stay and notice of reconsideration. As a follow up, we hope to meet and talk with you again about your advice on moving forward with reconsideration of the technical and legal issues in our administrative petitions, particularly with the absence of "political leadership" in the Air Office. We also hope to discuss how you might be envisioning a longer stay beyond the CAA 90day stay, so we can complete the reconsideration process. We thought it would be advisable to discuss these topics with you prior to reaching out to career staff. Please let me know if this sounds like a workable plan to you.
