Ilerser and have made certain recommen dations for the mechanical control of the lead hazard# h e are also prepared to give every possible assistance in medical and hygienic matters relating to personnel. In view of the situation which exists and in line with our general public and professional policies, as well as our pleasant relationships with your associates in the Department of Health, we shall be more than pleased to cooperate with you in any manner that may be possible. It so happens that I, as well as one of my associates most involved in the engineering side of this matter, shall be out of town on a vacation trip during most of July. However, we have had time to consider this problem and to make the suggestions that seem to call for immediate action, in particular relation to the delays that will be encountered in obtaining equipment. On our return we shall proceed further.
