Therefore, we shall appreciate your completing one copy of the enclosed ballot and returning it to the Project Manager at the earliest possible time, certainly no later than July 29, 1977. In the May 29, 1977, letter you were requested to comment on the University of Louisville Research Proposal no later than June 30, 1977. Your ballot on the Research Proposal is especially critical since the current research agreement (covering 1976-1977) expires August 31, 1977.
