Subpart (d) to Interrogatory No. 10 is 18 objected to on the grounds that it is overly broad, burdensome, 19 and requests information which is proprietary in nature. Further, 20 the interrogatory seeks information which is not reasonably cal 21 culated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. Without 22 waiving said objection, and in the spirit of liberal discovery, 23 defendant responds that the friction materials, referenced above, 24 contained chrysotile asbestos, 25-65% by weight, depending on the 25 product. 26 (e) OBJECTION.
