So that I may be kept informed of anything having to do with the tarde cleaning problem or accidents resulting there from, I would very much appreciate receiving copies of anything which you jmay write to our division offices or to anyone within our organisation on this subject. I have seen and made a copy of the letter 'which you wrote Mr. Loder for my records, but there is always a chance that such reports may not come to my attention,hence the request that a copy be sent to me.
