We had an opportunity to meet briefly last fall during the launch ceremony of the Smart Sectors program. The Association would like to invite you to participate in a panel discussion on Cooperative Federalism under the Clean Air Act, during our 2018 Legislative Rally. The speaking engagement will be held at the Washington, D.C.
