National Gypsum plants are dirty in Fiber receiving and storage areas. Opening procedures are poor. 5. J-M's V.P. of Publicity and Public Relations, jack was not aware of booklet. 6 S Dr. Wright is engaged in measuring fiber concentration in J-M's plants to make them safe. Also he is a member of their environmental health committee. 7. Conclusion - Asbestos Cement is not, at this time, proven to be a culprit. National Gypsum should continue to. oppose distribution to the public any literature damaging to these products. The handling oi fibers may cause asbestosis. Protection should be provided employees.
