EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 12 ED 002061 00041839-00001 The attached letter is submitted on behalf of the U.S. Biostimulant Coalition (USBC), the Biological Products Industry Alliance (BPIA), and the American Seed Trade Association (ASTA). In it, these groups express strong support for prompt issuance of the guidance document on which the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) has been working for a year or so relating to biostimulants. We are appreciative of OPP's efforts in this regard, commend Rick Keigwin, Mark Harman, and others for their hard work, and are eager to see the fruits of their significant labor shared with stakeholders.
