November lV, 1956 Dear Dr, Harman; With further reference to the subject of 31ue fibre, as explained to you in my letter of October 23rd, I promised to write you more on this subject when additional information was available. Our preliminary forecasts now indicate that we may want to purchase from Colonial Sugar approximately 10,000 to 12,000 tons in 1958 and between 12,000 and 16,000 tons in 1959, and to continue at this latter rate. I understand you are contemplating building a new mill, and I believe these estimated tonnages may help in determining the size of the mill.
