beginning with all quantities of Vinyl Chloride Monomer delivered after March 11, 1979 There are no minimum quantities required to qualify This allowance is to be considered a Temporary Voluntary Allowance which can be
withdrawn at any time as is the case with our existing teJadrJ per pound con
fidential allowance
In return, we wish your agreement to grant Shell the right to temporarily dispense with the ninety (90) day price protection clause for one time only during the year 1979 such right to be exercised at any time during 1979 Shell will retain the thirty (30) day notice period specified in our contract
