As you may know, on January 4, 2017, EPA issued a notice of intent to revoke the ability of our client, Genscape, Inc. (Genscape) to verify RINs, and to direct Genscape to replace approximately 68 million RINs. This matter is still pending before the Agency. Given that Genscape has not had the opportunity to meet with you on this matter since your confirmation, Genscape would like to request such a meeting. Genscape is happy to accommodate your schedule, but initially we would be available to meet during the week of May 21, 2018. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
