What: This roundtable discussion will focus on the scope of homelessness in Alaska. Focus areas will include innovative approaches to coordinate a statewide homeless prevention and response system, strategic partnerships that have yielded positive client outcomes, and future opportunities to enhance our cross-sector systems of care. share their direct experience of the challenges in developing and maintaining affordable housing for the people in Rural Alaska. Dialogue between tribal housing leaders and Secretary Turner will help set the stage for the tour of remote-rural Alaska the next day. Tribal housing is the largest HUD program in the state, so face time with the biggest consumers of HUD funding is essential for seeing HUD's impact in Alaska.
