Apparently this company which was acquired by Maremont has no trade marks and I have had the matter searched very thoroughly so as to be sure we have not overlooked anything. If LELAND has been used for a good many years, and as a trade mark, it would probably be wise to register it and I will bring this matter to your attention again after you have had a chance to consider this letter.
