However, the periodic examination requirements are limited in scope in comparison to the normal exam content offered all other employees. The requirements for this physical are listed in Attachment I. This protocol currently applies to the Lake Charles VCM Plant and the Aberdeen Chemical Plant. The Aberdeen Plant also handles lead compounds and is subject to the 0SKA Lead Standard. To meet the medical surveillance requirements of this standard periodic physicals are also required for some individuals. These requirements are also in Attachment I. The Baltimore Chemicals Plant does urinary phenols and blood chemistries on a six month interval for individuals exposed to benzene. In the past this has been done with a local laboratory. However, we would now like to have this done by Met-Path to maintain quality control and assure computer com patibility with our other medical testing results. The tests required at Baltimore are in Attachment II. To do this testing, I think it is obvious that a van would not be required. Therefore, I would request that you make available the necessary personnel, nurses, technicians, etc., to accomplish this, at a mutually agreed upon price.
