(Inc.), the owner, whose address is P. O. Box 2626, Victoria, Texas 77902, plans to remove small pieces of asbestos containing insulation to allow inspection of equipment in our Hydrogen plant during its annual shutdown. Some of this equipment is stainless steel and, based on our recent experience, we may find evidence of stress corrosion cracking. If so, complete removal of insulation for a 100% vessel inspection may be necessary. We are providing you this advance notice on the probability that such will be the case.
