Re: vs. The Sherwin-Williams Company Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CV-276119
Dear Mr. Pavlik:
At the Case Management Conference recently held in the captioned case your colleague, Mr. Brady, raised the question of settling this matter. I invited him to submit a reasonable demand.
Since that time I have spoken with our client and have
been authorized to inform you that, notwithstanding the fact that
the time within which a claim for non-industrial benefits has
passed, in an effort to fully and finally resolve this case The
Sherwin-Williams Company - Sprayon Division is willing to waive
said filing period and to process and pay T

application for non-industrial benefits. In view of the minimal KEUAL-1&
period of time lost from work and the absence of any significant
medical treatment I strongly urge you to recommend this method of
resolving this case to your client.
May I hear from you in the near future in this regard?
Very truly yours,
F. Daniel Balmert
