Charcoal Tubes for Ambient Air Sampling
We are shipping to you on May 27, 1977, 25 each charcoal tubes and 3 clip-on-guard tubes for use in sampling air for the subsequent analysis of the benzene content. We will supply you with all the necessary charcoal tubes for the duration of this project. Inform us when your supply gets short. If you already have clip-on-guard tubes please return those we have sent.
Attached is an example data sheet which we will need for each sample. This data sheet must be complete to avoid foul ups in record keeping. Additionally it contains the necessary information for us to make analysis calculations.
Attached also are recommendations for proper sampling and charcoal tube sample transmittal. Use your own system for identifying the charcoal tube samples, however insure the same identification is usedon the data sheet.
Attached also is a copy of the method we will use for the analysis. We suggest you become acquainted with this method. We realize that you may not be responsible for the sampling program at your respective refineries, however we will be looking to you for assistance in monitoring the technical aspects of the sampling program.
Your assistance with this project will be greatly appreciated.
