Changes made from the version Lorraine sent after yesterday's (2/25) conference call are as follows. 1) Removed the word "million" from "$16.5 million" in the first section "Issue," second sentence. 2) Changed section heading "Implications of funding shortfall" to "Shortfall Implications" to maintain consistency with other section headings, and 3) Removed the apostrophe after "its" in the final sentence, "For Action" section. A Recruitment Committee Conference Call has been scheduled for 2pm EST on March 18, 2003. Bill Frick will brief the Consortium on the Executive Committee meeting during the call.
