L. Stokes Engineering and Research Staff distributed a list of production materials, identified by Engineering Materials Specification numbers, in which benzene-containing materials may be supplied to Ford. A paper on the strategy for control of benzene in Company production materials was also distributed to all attendees. Strategy for Control of Benzene in Nonoroduction Materials - Z. Dolik Manufacturing Staff distributed, to all attendees, a paper which provided a proposed strat egy and implementation plan for the elimination/accommodation of benzene in nonproduc tion materials. Task Force Parer to the May 27th Meeting of E&R and M&S Subcommittees - D. Lamb/'/ K. B. Termaat A draft of the Task Force Report paper, which had been distributed to Task Force members a week prior to the meeting, was presented. Written and oral comments were submitted .mo extensively discussed. All oral comments were requested to be presented in writing as soon as possible. Subsequent to the meeting, the report was completed and presented to the Engineering nnri Research and Manufacturing and Supply Subcommittees. Recommendations of the Tusk Force presented in the report were accepted. The Task Force on Carcinogens in the Workplace is dissolved. The coordination of efforts is transferred to Environmental A Safely Engineering Staff.
