This letter will authorize you to add the 300 animals at a cost of $12,000 in accordance with your letter of May 23, 1969. Don Garbe called me last week and asked how v:e would like to take care of the accounting for the Aroclor studies. As Indicated in my latter of April 15, I would like to keep our costs for the year 1959 to about $90,000. Since the Organic Division deposited $75,000 during December, 1969, we would like to be billed for the additional $15,000 about Thanksgiving time. On that basis perhaps Mr. Gar'oe would want to send us statements of our account in accordance with the sug gested rate of expenditures as shown on the attached. This plan is based on the scheduling of cost accompanying my letter of April 15; it now, of course, will have to be amended to Include the additional $12,000.
