Bill - thankyou again for speaking today to the American College of Environmental Lawyers. I thought your level of knowledge, articulate presentation, and summary of administration positions were terrific. You are a superb advocate for EPA.
Someday, you really should think about being a law professor. You have a wonderful gift of succinctly explaining difficult concepts. And, I am one of those who believe that all law professors should be grounded in the reality of practice.
I am, of course, sorry that your running time has evaporated. I always tell people that the life of a political appointee is more of a marathon than a sprint, and caring for physical needs are important.
And, I also thought that our mutual friend Andy Fields did a terrific job lobbing you important questions.
In short, very well done and I deeply appreciate your time.
Warm regards
John
