At a regular meeting of the Directors of John T. Lewis & Bros. COEspany,, held this day in their offices In the ildener Building, there were present;
Edward F. Beale, Chairman of the Board S. French Reeves, Tie President and treasurer J. I. oardiner, Tice President Morris H. Merritt, Secretary Leonard T. Beale, Director
Hie meeting was called to order by Mr. Edward F. Beale, who presided, and Mr. Morris H. Merritt reported the minutes of the meeting.
The minutes of our meeting of April 17 were read and approved.
Mr. Reeves reported that from Court decisions last week it looks as though the Electric Storage Battery Company will stop using our oxides within the next two or throe months and go hack
to the manufacture of their black oxides.

In connection with the now campaign for "Dutch Boy White Lead Ready-to-tJse in the Boston territory, Mr. Gardiner reported that two of our grinder customers in the Philadelphia territory have already gotten advance copies of this plan and have registered their protest with this office. Mr.Gardiner has already taken this matter up with Mr.R. II. Rowe and will do so again.
Mr. Gardiner submitted the regular weekly report of shipments.
There being no further business upon motion the meeting adjourned.
