E xam ination o f the nose showed a sm all s u p e r f ic ia l u lc e r on th e septum which was e v id e n tly th e cause o f the b le e d in g . H is g e n e ra l c o n d itio n a t th a t tim e seemed to be good. On A p r i l 1 0 th I was c a l l e d to se e him a t h i s home and he had im proved t o s u c h an e x t e n t t h a t I th o u g h t him a b le to r e t u r n to work Mon d a y th e 1 3 th . How ever, th e n e x t d a y , A p r i l 1 1 th .I was a g a in c a l l e d to see him and found him to be s u f f e r in g m ild d e liriu m , somev/hat e x a g g e ra te d r e f l e x e s b u t he had l i t t l e te m p e r a tu re .
