i... we went to Capitol Hill, where EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt faced his second hearing with lawmakers - this time on the Senate side - to defend the Trump administration's proposal to slash agency funding by 31 percent and eliminate dozens of programs.
And in enforcement news, EPA and other federal officials are touting a just-filed enforcement case against a Colorado oil drilling company as one of the first public actions against an energy company since the start of the administration.
