Byron and Sydney, Cannot thank you enough for an excellent meeting with the Administrator.
I wanted to follow up with you Byron, to check on next steps. Is there anyone else on your team who will be working on this that we should brief as well?

Sydney- I see I mistyped this response to you last week. I just figured it out. Hopefully, Ryan gave you this message. I apologize

I had to go back and refresh my memory. Muhtar is only in DC today and is now arriving at Dulles just in time to make the awards ceremony. He is returning to Atlanta tonight. He is not attending the event tomorrow at the State Dept. Basically, if Scot was going to the awards ceremony, Muhtar was going to pull aside and offer to help you on your water projects.
Coke has enormous expertise in clean water development since you cannot bottle Coke with dirty water. Interestingly, they are the largest US employer in Africa because of their clean water projects.
Do you know if Scot is attending the conference tomorrow (3/22) at State? Jon Radtke, who is the chief water steward for Coke in North America, will be representing Coke . He works with EPA on many fronts like recycling, watershed projects etc. He can speak for Muhtar and confirm that Coke wants to offer the system as a resource.
Does Ryan speak to mere mortals now that he was seen on Air Force One on the evening news???

- Muhtar Kent, CEO and Chairman of the Board for The Coca-Cola Company, will be in Washington, DC on Tuesday, March 21, to accept an award for his global leadership in water from the U. S. Water Partnership.
- The U. S. Water Partnership (USWP) is working to unite and mobilize the U.S. expertise and resources to address global water challenges. In recognition of World Water Day, USWP is hosting two events - a reception at the Institute of Peace (3/21) and a partner meeting (3/22) at the State Department.
- There is no specific agenda for the meeting beyond affirming The Coca-Cola Company's support and offering our global system as a resource.
