I wanted to ensure this list was aware. Liz Bowman will be our Acting Associate Administrator for Public Affairs. I have asked that Liz make recommendations to me regarding the best way to organize the political staff in the OPA and how best to coordinate the political and career staff. She will also be the principal spokesperson for the EPA in this new acting capacity. With those recommendations, we'll make new organizational announcements of roles next week.
