All new employees are to have chest x-rays at the time of hire. All others are to have x-rays every 12 months. Copies of reports of these examinations are to be sent to: 1) Baltimore office of Maryland Casualty 2) Peter Kostic - Cambridge Please take necessary action to see this policy is complied with.
