Lessee will be charged for operator, saw blades, grinding wheels, fuel, oil, lubricants, and repairs or maintenance defined as follows: a. When equipment breaks down as a result of ncrmal wear and tear, no charge will be made for the cost of repairs or any rental for time lost while repairs ate being made. b. When equipment breaksdown as a result of an\ cause other than normal wear and tear, lessee will be charged with the cost of repairs and with rental for possession of the equipment during time repairs are being made. All equipment will be checked into and out of lessee's premises Any overage will be returned and any shortage will be charged at purchase price. Equipment items may be rented from other sources, and will be furnished at actual rental cost. Rental rates are based upon one snift of eight hours per day, forty hours per week, or one-hundred seventy-six hours per month of a thirty consecutive day period. If ecuipment is rented by the day, the rate for overtime is one-eighth of the daily rate for each hour in excess of eight. If equipment is rented by the week, the rate for overtime is one-fortieth of the weekly rate for each hour in excess of forty. If equipment is rented by the month, the overtime rate is one one-hundred seventy-sixth of the monthly rate for each hour in excess of 176 hours, in any one 30 consecutive day period.
