John -- this looks good to me. If you can give OPE a heads up since I know they have gotten some questions on this, I would greatly appreciate it. I did not see the lists that this would go out to, but if we can send them to the lists of people who would receive information on these NESHAPs, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,

Subject: NESHAP Pres Exemptions
Hi Aaron, Abbie and Alex -- Comms plan and web text linked below. Just wanted to check if industry, Hill, or intergov notifications are needed before or after the web goes live, or if we should just post this afternoon and leave it at that for today. OPA is plugged in, so we're good there, but if you like, we can flag for OCIR and public engagement (Mike Abboud & team), too, so they're aware.
At 3pm today OAQPS is planning post information in the banner of *his website announcing that facilities can submit requests for a Presidential Exemption under section 112(i)(4) of the Clean Air Act for the nine NESHAPS identified in the 3/12 press release. The email box is live now and OAQPS staff have access to it.
The communication strategy has the desk statement and a social media post, and we can add a notification list if needed. There are a couple of q/a in the comms plan that will need fleshing out in case we're asked.
Communication Strategy: P.71112 Presidential Exemptions -- announcing process -- Corn Strategy.docx Web text (and text for emails to stakeholders) - 2025.03.21 Presidential Exemption Directions E =clits.docx
We'll proceed to post at 3pm, unless we hear otherwise.
Thanks -
John
