As I'm sure you will understand the invite is not transferrable. I'm only inviting EPW alums and the people who worked with me at the firm and EPA 20+ years ago. I'm not inviting any outside lobbyists. From: Higley, Stephen D. I would love to attend, but unfortunately will be out of town that day. Please let me know if you would like Jake SVlenefee (my boss - head of MFC's Washington DC office) to attend instead, as i am sure he would be more than happy to be there. Also, once you've had a chance to get settled in a little, Jake and I would be glad for the opportunity to bring in one or two of our company officers to meet with you and give you a brief overview of a few of MFC's priority issues. As we're headquartered in Ohio, we just need a few days' lead time to plan for travel for anyone coming in from our HQ, so I am happy to work with your office to coordinate on a day and time that works with your schedule. Thanks and congratulations again - my colleagues and I look forward to working with you in your new capacity as Deputy Administrator.
