In view of the foregoing, and pending a definitive course of future action, we proposed to CMA's General Counsel that funds being held in reserve, pending receipt of an acceptable final IBT research report, be transferred to an operating fund which will be needed within the next several weeks to defray administrative costs. General Counsel has approved the proposal.
