1166 MINUTES of the special meeting of the Directors of the Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc. , held in the Buchanan Room, The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on June 6, 1968. The meeting was convened at approximately 12:20 p. m. (EDT) by Chairman Carl A. Gerstacker, who stated that the purpose of the meeting was to appoint members to the committees of the Board of Directors.
