The aged mortar was free of lumps, could be mixed with water as readily as unaged material and had physical properties similar'to^hose^Qbtained on fresh mortar. This test indicated that Zelie Bonding Mortar would have satisfactory shelf life when packaged in the usual four-ply waterproof valve type paper bag and stored in a moderately dry atmosphere.
