In order to prepare the abstracts for publication, it is cur visa that they be classified, annotated, and in other ways made palatable for a wide distribution, I have talked with Mrs. CarepLell in the past somewhat about the mechanics involved and she has assured me that, with your permission, she could prepare sufficient copies of the raw abstracts for distribution to the members of our Health and Safety Committee. This means about 16 to 18 sets would be required each time they are printed up. How does this sound to you and Mrs. Campbell? I are anxious to resolve some of the questions our members have about the publication and distribution of the abstracts and I wish to budget a sufficient amount to cover any costs whdch will be required for 1964.
