August 16, 1973 TO: All Safety Contacts RE: Index of Pfizer Occupational Safety and Health Reports (POSHRs) Attached Is an Index of all POSHRs which have been published. Those POSHRs not distributed to all safety contacts have been asterlcked. An asterlck indicates that the POSHR was directed to only those frith the need to know. In the future POSHRs not directed to all safety contacts will be assigned a letter, rather than a number. For example, a POSHR was published on August IS, 1973- regarding Horth Carolina's OSH Plan and had been selectively distributed only to Pfizer's safety contacts In North Carolina. This POSHR was assigned the letter "A" and will be Indexed alphabetically. If the next selectively distributed POSHR concerned safety contacts only in the Distribution Centers, it would be assigned the letter "B" and so on. For POSHRs directed to all safety contacts we will continue to assign a sequential number.
