MINUTES of the special, meeting of the Directors of the Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc., held in the President Buchanan Room, The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on June 9, 1960, at 12:45 p.m. (EST). Immediately prior to the luncheon for Directors, honored guests, and new member presidents, Chairman McCurdy called the meeting to order and stated that its purpose was to agree on appointments to the several committees of the Board of Directors in order that a functioning organization would be avail able during the summer months to take care of pending and emergency business.
