The LOEC (lowest observed effect concentration) and MATC (maximum `acceptable toxicant concentration), for the same endpoints were 2.5 ~ and 1.8 mg/L, respectively. The dilution water control and IPA control contained no detectable concentrations of H-25436. The most sensitive endpoints during the study were the ast dayofhatching and the first dayof swim-up (NOEC = 1.3 mg/L) based on the results ofthe Jonckheere-Terpstra trend test. CONCLUSION `The NOEC (0 observable effect concentration) for H-25436 in a 90-day early life-stage toxicity study using rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, was 1.3 mg/L based on nominal H-25436 concentrations and the last dayofhatching and the first day ofswim-up.
