The attached letter proposes a course of action for the Chicago Gasket Plant
to comply with the State of Illinois and OSHA regulations for the control
of asbestos hazards.

Mr. Sheehan has reviewed this proposal and approved It. Will you please-
go over It and prepare to take action In your areas of responsibility.
We will schedule a meeting on this sometime the week of February 2lsjt `
to review and agree on specific action and responsibility for getting
them done.
