You will recall that Travelers and . have negotiated a settlement in the amount of $50,000.00. This is a full and final lump sum settlement of workers' compensation case. I travelled to Augusta, Maine to attend the hearing with the hope that I would be able to negotiate a favorable settlement with whereby he would agree to pay $5,000.00 to Sherwin-Williams in satisfaction of the pending claim that Sherwin-Williams has filed against in the Skowhegan District Court.
