Control of PCB's entering the environment is difficult even under ideal conditions. Relaxing of our policy of supplying only the transformer, capacitor and heat transfer customers will only lead to eventual deterioration and loss of control. We have too much at stake to take this risk. Cargllle's predicament is probably no different than hundreds of other Aroclor users.
