EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt,
As you are aware, numerous government studies have found the organophosphate pesticides chlorpyrifos, diazinon and malathion to pose serious risk to nearly 1,800 endangered or critically threatened species.
Dow Chemical, manufacturer of chlorpyrifos, is urging your agency, as well as the Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service, to ignore this science.
I urge you to accept the science at hand and your responsibility to protect endangered species whose existence and habitat are jeopardized by pesticides, and regulate chlorpyrifos, diazinon and malathion.
