Kuster - WGK Our chlorine production people have asked us to propose specifications for chlorine (combination of cell gas and revaporized Point Comfort liquid) which are required to produce quality aroclors. At present. Point Comfort runs moisture and NVM. There are no specifications for cell gas. In reviewing past quality study reports and making a few judicious guesses, we have put together the following proposed specifications..
