PROPOSED AGENDA FOR ASBESTOS SEMINAR
You are on record as your si-te's participant in a departmental asbestos meeting tentatively scheduled for October 27 and 28 in Richmond, Virginia. This meeting will be group effort with all of us taking an active part in both the preparation for and conducting of the meeting. With all of us working together the load should be light, and we should have a broad base of ideas and information.
Attached in table form is a proposed agenda of topics to be discussed at the meeting. Please take the time to thoroughly review this list, adding additional topics, as well as questions concerning each of the listed topics you would like to see answers for. Photocopy the last sheet if you need
additional room for topics. Please note on the table those areas you would
be willing to lead the discussion on, as well as those topics you have some information, thoughts, data, etc., that you feel may help that topic's discussion leader in preparing his report.
Complete this information and return to me by September 12. I will
contact you shortly thereafter concerning your responsibilities for the upcoming seminar.
