The Administrator and Mr. Bailey spoke recently and discussed this request. Mr. Kirk just happens to be in the East this week and wondered if the Administrator would be open to meet with Mr. Kirk and Mr. Bailey on the morning of the 17th or 18th. Mr. Kirk needs to be in New York City the afternoon of the 17th. That is why we choose those dates. Please let us know if either Wednesday or Thursday morning will work or what you might have to offer. I look forward to hearing from you soon so, we may make plans.
